ATTN: Site Facilitators, Students, and Parent/Guardians – Please review the “About TEA” section to become familiar with the program prior to submitting applications!

Only one online registration is required per student per school year. If the student wishes to add-on courses later in the school year, additional courses can be requested by submitting the Registration Signature page noting the additional course requests.

TEA Site Facilitators must submit online registrations and additional courses by the posted deadlines to complete a student’s enrollment in a TEA course.

IMPORTANT TEA DATES & DEADLINES HERE!

TEA Feedback Form

ATTN: Students & Parent/Guardians - If you have completed a course (or multiple courses) through our TEA Program, you MUST complete the course evaluation in Moodle. If your course does not have an evaluation, please complete this feedback form. Your parent/guardian is welcome to complete a feedback form as well.

We hope to continue providing this service to Hawai’i students by improving the program each year.

School Site Facilitators may submit feedback by mail or email and do not require this feedback form. A formal written letter would be appreciated at the conclusion of each school year.
